"There’s roaches. Staff didn’t offer to give me a new room when I told them twice about it.
The room and hotel itself is overall dirty/not clean.
Service was ok. Asked for new sheets the first night, staff handed me the sheets for me to swap out myself- didn’t expect that either…
They offered to just spray my room down with bug spray after I told them about the roaches the second time.
Will not be going back."

"First night the toilet overflowed all over the bathroom floor and came out onto the floor in front of the sink! Tried to use the phone to call the front desk and the phone didn’t work. Had to go next door to family member’s room to call. Had to go from two queens to one king with sleeper sofa. The “comp” we received was signing us up for reward points and they gave us 2000 in bonus points. This won’t be beneficial as this was our first stay in a Drury and likely our last. "

"Room was as should be. Pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance the first day we were there. I booked this hotel because of the pool and spa. An email should have been sent to guests prior to the stay with notification so guests could choose to stay elsewhere. "
