Southwest Houston hotel rooms a the Four Seasons

"The room set back from the hallway kept the room nice and quiet. The parking situation needs some fixing though."

"Overall it wasn’t bad but honestly I expected a little more from a Hyatt property especially in the Bellaire area of Houston. The staff were great. Helpful, friendly, no issues there. The rooms are needing a work over. More electrical plugs did not work as opposed to those that did. Some were so worn out that our phone chargers wouldn’t even stay plugged in. There was a black out shade in our bedroom window which was great. Problem is it that it was dirty and had so many stains in it. Made me wonder how?? We were on the driveway side so we got the service truck noise, people yelling/fighting in parking lot, and NON-STOP dogs barking. Our room and the hall just outside reeked of weed. Someone had been smoking weed the entire time we were there. Had a guest running through the parking garage in his underwear. As I said before people yelling outside but also very loud inside. Yelling/hollering for just “normal” conversation. Overall it wasn’t bad like I had stated, just could have been a lot better. "

"The staff didn’t answer phone calls, fees were added on AFTER completion of the payment process for the room/booking.. Security was a joke & the room had damaged ceiling tiles.. The “mandatory security deposit” that was requested AFTER booking was later explained to be for PARKING at the hotel, which meant my “security” deposit would NOT be refunded to me as another employee explained when it was paid for. From trashy service, employees with horrible attitudes, hidden fees, and customer service from the bottom of a hell hole, this experience was the worst and I do not recommend."

"Has bed bugs so disgusting you have to move the mattress out to look really good. My daughter had gotten bit all over her arms and stomach. "

"Antonio, the front desk clerk, was amazingly nice. He made the check-in process smooth and brisk, like 2 minutes brick. He was very pleasant and informative. The location, as a Molecular Biologist whom works at several labs in the Medical Center, was perfectly placed. As a Houstonian, you are in Uber or Lyft distance for EVERYTHING like, Midtown, the Museum District, NRG, Houston Zoo. The hotel was clean and beautiful. The roof top pool and bar were so amazing. The shuttle to NRG for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo was a major thumbs up. My husband and I were grateful as we were able to drink with ease and not have to drive back to the hotel. The shuttle pickup and drop-off were perfect. I could not ask for a more better experience. The beds were a bit soft and the dresser has some knicks on it, but 10/10 I would recommend. "

"The rooms are small. The chair in the room is kids size. Horrible lighting in bathroom. The shower heads are different in depending on the room. No microwave in your room. "
