"We got in late. Got to the hotel around 1am, tired and just ready to lay down. The gate code did not work, after several attempts, finally, a gentleman came out and advised what to do, unlocked the gate and we were able to enter. The place is pretty ran down, in obvious need of a major overhaul. But to be fair, the next day we were able to meet the operators, including the ONE cleaning lady, and they were super attentive. "This property was disappointing and not at all as advertised. Dirty floors, stained pillows, blocked bath drain, leaky pipe in kitchen, and very greasy hob rings causing smoke when cooking were a problem for us. Complicated checking in process was frustrating. Property certainly not of a high standard and not value for the money paid. Constantly had sllep disrupted by noisy people in room above.It is in a good location for the Medical Center and Hermann Park."

"Facility was nice. DRIFTRS, the management company, is really bad. We were there for 4 days. Upon arrival we noticed no toilet paper and half the light bulbs burned out. The place was so dark I needed a flashlight to use the kitchen. We reported these issues immediately. They told us to use kitchen paper towels as toilet paper and did not respond to all the burned out light bulbs. We woke up every morning with the apartment hot and stuffy.
