"I felt it was kind of unnecessary to charge me an early check in fee for being 1 hour and 2 minutes early. I get its policy but you just saw me roll into town and I truly had not checked the time because Austin traffic is so awful. Like…. Let’s pick our battles… Do I get an early check-out refund since I checked out at 8:15 instead of 11:00???"

"All staff was very nice and helpful. This hotel is so close to many downtown places. Rooms were clean. Getting to the WiFi was thought was not straight forward but staff helped me out. Definitely worth staying here."

"This is an older hotel but has had updates. Our room was nice, clean and bed was amazingly comfy. Nice add was the in room safe. The only complaints I have was the smell in the lobby and elevators. What ever it is they are using was very strong and hard to breathe. Our room didn’t have that smell. Also they charge you $39 to park which I thought was totally unnecessary when there is plenty of room to park on their property. This was not valet and not a parking garage."
