"I liked the fact we could check in anytime and was close to ferry terminals, apart from that what it said about our room was a fake no privacy and very small"

"I was particularly concerned that my credit card was taken into a separate room at check-in. Most irregular. It is hard to know if the property is being redecorated or just in a permanent state of decline. Cabinetry was falling apart, shower door was unhinged. New bathroom door was 1/2 painted. Windows were filthy. But .... new vinyl, carpet and microwave. Cleaning solution smell was overpowering. Plates were dirty in the cupboards. Don't think I will be staying again."
