It was our first time staying here (with an 8 year old). We love the spacious room and spa bath. The only negative we experienced was that the people who stayed above us were very noisy, moving furniture around and just being loud (until we'll after 8pm and starting at 6am again). Apart from this, it was a great experience and we will definitely stay here again.

They need to learn how to make beds properly, esp if doing them daily, wrinkle free bottom and top sheets etc. They rang me before I got there to enquire what cooking facilities I would need as I was staying three nights.
