"Didn't know parking wasn't at the location. We were on the second floor and had a hard time getting luggage upstairs and downstairs. Stairs were uneven and narrow. "

"Wonderful property and staff. Super helpful setting up excursions and recommendations on places to eat
Our room was clean and perfect for families with kids.
We will be back!"
"Property is nice, horrible smell around via the rotting sea weed on the beach. If you like walking round wifh a beer in hand browsing shops then this is a great location as it is at the start of Duval street. Lots of food options about. Would not call this or any other destinations on the island a beach resort. There is beach but not like the coastline on the mainland.
Tv is less than good, smart tv has all options off and the cable is poor, so do not plan on watching much to wind down the evening. But overall nice place, friendly staff and chickens. "
"We loved our stay! The grounds are well kept and very tropical. We only had one day to stay, Winslow made it feel like a true vacation. Don’t miss the continental breakfast! Really nice choices and beautiful live music Sunday morning. You also get a complimentary drink from the bar upon arrival. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. "
"This place is like a jungle in the court yard area. With lots of iguanas in the trees. It was fun watching them move around in the trees.
The staff was great but there were a few times our room service we requested was not done at all. But the staff quickly made it right. You are right on Duval St. so some noise but nothing we couldn’t handle. Breakfast every morning was a nice option to have right on the property and it was included in the stay. I loved it is an all adult facility. It was walkable to most place we want to see and the rest we just ubered. "
"Pleasant staff. Cary was excellent and knew you by name. Very helpful with information about the area and how to get around. purchased tickets so we didn't have to go looking at good prices. Tasty breakfasts and good snacks at happy hour."
