"Room was clean. Better than expected"

"Did not eat there. No trash can in bathroom. No ice in vending machine. Virtual assistant on phone useless. One elevator broke. Everything else okay. Stay there to save money instead of newer hotel. Very dated but AC works. Beds were good. Room large. "

"We had an extremely nice handicapped room at the Best Western! The staff was very helpful by bringing a shower to the room and putting it in the shower for my husband! The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable! The breakfast was good and had a wide variety of items to choose from! Overall we had a very nice stay and would recommend the hotel to others!"

"We stayed at the April 17-19 2026, at the Okana Resort on the 8 th floor which was perfect for us it was quiet and the balcony view facing the pool area was just breath taking!!! The suite was perfect!!!! We will return again. FYI the 2nd floor is very very busy with families and the indoor water park. There is not a free breakfast so we ate our for all our meals even though they have restaurants on site."
