"The staff were very kind and helpful. Breakfast was Good. The area was clean and quiet which worked well as we were there for medical reasons . We really enjoyed the attached restaurant as we did not have a vehicle. The only issue at all was the pool area was hot "

Mark at front desk was welcoming, helpful in instruction about construction and how it effects walking to Mayo, provided info on shuttle, explained we could leave our car for a few hours following checkout to attend Mayo appt. He offered info on complimentary breakfast. Room was quiet, spacious and well designed. There are nice restaurants walkable. Parking was great. "

"Staff were very courteous. Continental breakfast was very nice. Rooms were very comfortable and large enough. Lounge area with pool' pool table and snacks was very welcoming. Breakfast nook was great."

"Great people work here !! We loved the pool on the roof. It is the closest most convenient hotel if your going to Mayo Clinic. I recommend Victorias for italian food. Its a little tricky to get to from inside. If you like italian food you must eat here. Love the fettecini. Wife liked the crab mac and xheese. We will be back. "
