From the attentive housekeepers, to the stellar restaurant and bar staff, every person from top to bottom seemed determined to provide a delightful guest experience. Special call out to Vanessa in guest experiences who went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable and even surprised us with a personalized gift on our last day at the property. I would recommend this hotel to anyone not wanting to stay in the busy crowds around the Duomo. The hotel’s complimentary shuttle and nearby Metro access make getting around Milan very easy. I would definitely stay at this property again."
