" The hotel was very short-staffed, which resulted in us having to wait about 2 hours past check-in before we could get into our room. The staff was very nice and were working hard to meet our needs. They did upgrade us to a suite. The next morning they kept running out of coffee and the breakfast was not up to par."

"Dirty room, dusty and poor upkeep. Poor housekeeping service that did not reliably come to clean the room regularly and when they did, it was a poor job. They did not pick-up/change towels left in the tub. Bed-making was a joke and looked disheveled. Room smelled like smoke throughout our stay. Had to have it disinfected three times. Left a message at the front desk to call the manager about the situation and they never returned the call. TV did not work properly and maintenance could not fix it. Restaurant floor had leftover food droppings from the night before at breakfast; they clearly did not vacuum. Shockingly poor stay. Hotel rooms are not in good condition. "

"Room was booked for weeks but when i arrived at 3:15 i was given two rooms then told they weren't ready that we'd have to wait or get different rooms. So we had to exchange rooms keys and I chose different rooms because i had already waited past check in time to get the keys the first time. Took about an hour to check in process on a room that was well booked in advance. "

"My stay was horrible. Whenever I asked for towels I was always told they were out. Finally I insisted they said they would have to go take some from an empty room. Like how can you not have towels everyday. It was too loud and running and jumping above me all day and night. The pool was extremely cold with no towels for my child to use getting out. I zero out of ten recommend staying here. "
