"Great breakfast!"

"The bar and restaurant was closed the duration of our stay. The indoor pool was cold and not heated. Nor did it have towels available. The breakfast sign said it would be ready at 6:30. At 6:45 it was still not open. The phone in the room did not work. The room was not stocked with enough towels to shower. Twice I tried to locate someone at the front desk and it was unoccupied. "

"Come here frequently for the amenities (pool, play area, casino) but the rooms are average. Last stay it was an event night and the room we booked and paid for wasn't available. Got moved to a lesser room where there was no bed for the kids. Book a room for 4 with two double beds. Had to move and only had 1 bed. They brought a small roll away that fit one kid and had to have the other kid sleep on the floor. Not thrilled since I paid for an atrium double room. "

"The front desk clerk was very kind and friendly! The pre-check in process made check in very fast and efficient. Easy drive to the casinos."

"My experience was horrible from the first day. My sheets were wet when I arrived I asked the front desk for more sheets, when the receptionist brought them up she stated that I would have to put them on myself because house keeping was left at 3 pm. The second set of sheets that I received had blood on them, which I recorded a video and the final straw was roaches in my refrigerator. When the manager contacted me I was told that she worked 12 hour days, and how it was a bit of an I convince to demand I speak to her on a Sunday at 8 am. She definitely took me by surprise at her response to these issues. I didn't care whether I posted the videos online, which was only my response to her nonchalant attitude. I have never had such a horrible experience at a Wyndham Hotel !!! I will never return !!! Overall the experience was very ghetto! I wish I could post the videos.... "

"I was really impressed with my stay that I even booked an extra day! The beds are so comfortable and not to mention the air conditioning gets super cold. The over all hotel smells good and feels clean and on top of that, every staff was awesome."

"Stayed at the Marco Hotel recently. The check-in staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming, which made a great first impression. The location is also super convenient..especially if you’re heading to the convention center. That said, the room itself was…off. The overall vibe felt a bit funky, and unfortunately the bathroom had a strong urine odor that was hard to ignore. Definitely took away from the stay. Great people and location, but the room cleanliness needs serious improvement."
