"Hotel staff and check-in process was great. We got upgraded to a penthouse on the 12th floor. You need to take the elevator to the 11th floor and then take a separate small elevator to the 12th floor. We took the stairs instead. Hotel had no free water access. The only water access was at the giftshop which is expensive."

"The ocean view room was lovely, albeit some of the furniture is pretty dated. Cleaning staff were super friendly, which made up for the cold reception from the front desk staff. The breakfast offering is pretty terrible so we went to local cafés instead."
