"Elegant rooms and great value. BUT … Reception not staffed on check-in when I arrived at 2pm. Got a text message to say Key was in safe and breakfast would be on from 6:30-9:30. However, in the room there was conflicting information about breakfast on different pieces of paper - 7am. 7:30am. Very confusing. I called the after hours number and the girl couldn’t say for sure what time it would be. I said surely the text message about check in would be the correct time. But she couldn’t say for sure. Neither morning could we get into the breakfast room. Very disappointing as we were needing to get away to a conference each day. "

"Thank you for a waterfront room. The staff very friendly and our check-in was quick. Nice to have aircon on when we arrived. Rooms need an upgrade, which I was told was happening soon. "

"15 mins from Mon repos for the turtles. Great staff and hotel has a restaurant as well as a pub with food across the road "

"Small but clean studio apartment, good facilities although a chair in the room would have been appreciated and more than 2 coat hangers were needed. The Spa bath with shower was not easy to get into and would be a problem for anyone with mobility issues. Excellent views from the balcony."
