We had a lovely stay overlooking the ocean and enjoyed the beach walks. Very happy with a free upgrade. Unit was clean and comfortable with all we needed for a 2 night stay. Water pressure in shower wasn’t great, but no other faults. Staff were all really friendly and we felt very welcome. Loved going to sleep with the sound of the ocean. We will be back.

The reception staff were helpful The parking indicated to be used was very narrowed and my car was damaged reversing. The next time I came to park I found an undercover car park which had plenty of room. I wondered and expressed to staff member why was not directed to this parking area however received no response. The staff were kind enough to take my bags up and down the stairs as there wasn't a lift. I just assumed that there would be one. Staff said if I was booking again to request a bottom floor room. Are lifts mandatory in all accommodation? I thought so.

Thank you for a waterfront room. The staff very friendly and our check-in was quick. Nice to have aircon on when we arrived. Rooms need an upgrade, which I was told was happening soon.
