"Overall very good - staff at front desk were not overly friendly, tub didn’t drain very good but room was very nice super clean. We were on main floor where our room was same level as parkade - there were a few questionable people outside when we first got there but never had any problems. Pool was closed so have no review on that. We had a great stay overall "

"It was exactly what we were looking for! A place to chill after ski days. It was perfect our family of 5. We also stayed with 2 other families. This hotel is very family friendly. Also pet friendly. Waterslide was awesome! They have pool towels at the pool entrance. The front desk staff were very helpful and kind. There were kids running around everywhere, so if that bothers you, you might not want to stay here. The only con was that it can be hard to find available parking if you try to park later in the evening. We would definitely return!"
