"The hotel was just what we needed, a clean decent place to sleep after spending the days hiking! The price was right so we were able to look past the outdated rooms and amenities. Great location to Banff and the surrounding national parks. Walking distance to Canmore and close to some great dining options!"

"Liked mini kitchen with dishes, stove, fridge, and microwave. Did not have much counter space to prepare food.or cupboard space to store own food. Disliked size of bathroom. Barely enough room for one to stand in. Shower size small. Disliked not having washcloths. Sunroof light is bright early morning. Quiet don't hear the train or highway traffic at night. Nice to be able to open windows. Furnace is sometimes difficult to regulate. Too hot then too cool. Priced at a good value for location and amenities."

"Well positioned hotel for travellers driving into the Rockies. Good sized rooms and the fridge was useful during our stay. A great and affordable way to spend a few days heading into the Banff area. Staff were friendly and always helpful. Only negative was noisey guests talking loudly in the corridor late at night and also at 4am in the morning."
