"Outside is very pretty, quiet, lobby is lovely. Rooms are dated and run down, not clean, sheets were filthy, asked for them to be changed, was treated with indifference, sheets did get changed on second day, but that is it, no tidying of room or added coffee pods. Was excited to stay at a Little America, was completely disappointed, good thing it was only 2 nights and that the price was reasonable.. would not recommend or stay again."

"The bedding was not freshly cleaned, the tub did not work properly, slow drain, the hot water faucet was VERY difficult to turn, the tub spiquet did not work properly, the shower head had almost no pressure and needed to be soaked in CLR. As a former head housekeeper, I am aware of the standards for a hotel room, especially when the rates are nearly $150 a night. Also the website indicates that there is a pool which the only pool is an outside pool. Housekeeping not once asked if we needed fresh towels or our trash taken out. The front desk only greeted us upon arrival, not even when we came through for breakfast. "

"Staff entered my room when I was in the room, without permission. I had a do not disturb sign up and had not checked out. Staff member said they thought I was out of my room and confirmed that they knew I had not checked out and had seen the sign on my door. They were defiant when I asked why they came in my room. They had no explanation.I felt very uncomfortable and that they were possibly trying to take my belongings knowing that I had left the hotel for a few minutes. This was on checkout day, so it made no sense for my room to be cleaned prior to me checking out. I will never stay at this place again!"

"Sink overflowing was just there 15 minutes had to move to another room that was not the same and that sink even was slow drain"
