There was a lot of options for breakfast and it was hot and delicious. 24-hour coffee bar with options for tea and hot cocoa. Staff was welcoming and friendly throughout the entire stay. They got a new Nordic track while we were there that my husband was able to use when he worked out. And the pool area was clean and very well kept. Our room was clean and very comfortable. Plenty of parking and in a safe area.

Room smelled really clean, very friendly staff, shampoo and conditioner were empty. Body wash holder was broken but still had some in it. Good size hot tub and swimming pool. Right next door to where my daughter was having surgery so that was fantastic and really close to a lot of food choices. Oh the window shade was broken so the sun woke us up.

I liked the hot tub for me it could have been warmer. I was not happy about the breakfast. We went down in the middle of the breakfast hours. Had to wait for everything. It was not ready did not have forks. By the time I could get something to eat with the food I did get was cold. It looks like a nice hotel in the pictures and I will give them credit for nice bed and decent sheets, but the bathroom had no soap, the paint had dripped on the tile and not been cleaned up, the door frame was chipped and rusting, the tub was chipped, the TV wasn't connected... it just felt run down and neglected. Then we had breakfast. The food was cold. I checked the temperature setting on the warming trays for sausage and eggs, and it was set to 80 degrees, well below the safe range. There are a lot of other hotels in Laramie. Stay at any of them instead.

The room was great, and the hotel location just across from the Pilot Hill area means anyone wanting to get out for a walk or a run just has to cross the street to get into a beautiful set of trails. But minus 1 star for the breakfast, which was pretty bad. Nice that tea and coffee were available at all hours, though.
