"We have stayed at this property before while visiting our daughter at college. There are several other properties nearby and they are all what you expect from branded hotels. This property is near the sports facilities if you are there for games, could walk if you wanted, weather permitting. There is no breakfast, but there is a Perkins restaurant attached to the hotel, so you have options. My opinion would be to skip the $14 omelette there and go to the 17th Street Cafe and get a scratch made...
