"The room was comfortable except that the bathroom fan didn't work well, so that the bathroom steamed up with every shower and made it difficult to remain in the bathroom. We were very surprised to learn that unless you specifically request Housekeeping, no one comes into the room to check beds or towels. This was not something I was made aware of at check-in and they said it was because I had not booked with them directly.
