"Rooms were spartan than expected But comfortable. I was initially skeptical os the concrete floor but it grew in me due to my allergies. I slept well and there are food and drinks all within 20 min walk and across the street. Overall, a good surprise."

"The only good thing about the place was the lady at the front desk after 3pm, Everyone else was just there to collect a paycheque, The hall ways, rooms don’t think they have seen a cleaning in like 6 months It was our first time and last time there We will not recommend the place,"

"The location was convenient, and we appreciated the parking recommendation and discount. The full washer and dryer, along with the other appliances, were also a nice touch and would be especially helpful for a longer stay. The digital key made coming and going simple, and the front desk staff was friendly, though not always especially helpful. That said, the overall cleanliness and upkeep were disappointing. There were no pillow cases or duvet cover (or top sheet) for the bed, and there wasn’t a full set of linens for the pullout couch. The sheets that were provided were stained. We also found dirty dishes left in the dishwasher, coffee grounds still in the coffee maker, and there was no trash bag/liner in the kitchen. It was also clear the unit had not been deep cleaned in quite some time—just walking around in socks left them noticeably dirty. Our biggest issue was that the property is advertised and photographed as if it’s a much nicer stay than it actually is. If it were presented more honestly as a budget-friendly option—more of a step above a hostel—our expectations would have been different. The biggest improvement needed is better setting expectations for what guests are actually walking into."

"Greeted at front desk by wonderful staff and given drink tokens and a small flute of champagne which was lovely Chief complaint was the appointment of the rooms - very low furniture which as a tall person was a challenge. Bed was not comfortable. No coffee table or desk to sit at with a computer or cup of coffee. No instructions for WIFI. Blue tooth speakers disconnected after an hour and required signing back in to keep playing. Shower handles were placed on opposite side from the heads they corresponded to in a wet bath area which meant a lot of getting wet in the wrong way. Asked for a slightly later check out (12:30 instead of 12:00)due to a brunch reservation and at 12:15 manager was knocking on our door waiting to usher us out. So, cool building, warm reception, back ache, quick shove out the door."

"The rooms were adequate, the breakfast was adequate. It was nice that there was shuttle to get to graduation. The gym was terrible. 1 treadmill the other one was broken, 1 bike and 1 elliptical. Nothing else. Not even a wipe to clean the equipment. "
