Dressed up pig. Besides high cost for room; charged $15 per night to park; no amenities. no free water with exception ck in staff might offer you a bottle of water. Otherwise, rm has two bottles of $6 upscale water only or you can purchase regular water for $6 at the hotel store. Their lil restaurant doesn't have convenient hrs it's open. Rooms and coffee aren't automatically cleaned or refurbished; have to request it(I had two night stay) there was no signage at front desk or in the rm to advise you had to make request. And the houseclean staff leave a card with QR code and their name thanking in advance for a tip. A tip just to do their job; basic job, and I never ever saw house cleaning staff the whole time I was there Fri thru Sun. Toilet ran after every flush; annoying! Oh they need to purchase new pillows and stop short sheeting the blanket & sheets; learn how to make a proper bed. Marriott use to be a premiere hotel, just a dressed up pig that eats up your money

Power was out the entire night and at 6 am the fire alarms woke me up startled after already struggling to sleep in a hotel with no power. I’d ask for partial refund if it were possible.

My room did not have the heating running, it was 62 degrees, once reported took a lot of time trying to fix it, after complaining they couldn’t give me another room in a timely manner. In the end they gave me another room but the waiting time was long considering it was 4-5 in the morning after a delayed flight.

This was a last-minute booking because my mom‘s flight from Detroit to Hartford was canceled on Delta so I had to quickly book her a room to spend the night and then she could catch her flight in the morning back home. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is friendly. The breakfast is a big disappointment. I paid extra for breakfast at the time of booking. Only to find out that eggs is not included in the prepaid breakfast, very strange rules for breakfast. We end up having breakfast elsewhere the first morning. The second morning only one of us wanted to have breakfast in the hotel and they still have the guts to charge me extra for breakfast although the other person did not have breakfast. They charge $USD 16 for two eggs and one piece of toast! Not a big deal but very cheap way to treat a guest. I am not staying there again
