"We got a free upgrade on our room which was a Fantastic start to our stay. They also left a beautiful happy birthday note for my husband and chocolates. Such a thoughtful gesture. The male bar staff were in particular so polite and genuinely helpful. They gave me a large bottle of table water to bring to my room complimentary when I asked if I could buy a bottle of water. Our room was huge with a balcony. We used the jacuzzi, sauna and steam room and tropical shower with the LED lights. So cool!...

"I stayed here with my daughter for one night for a bit of shopping. We got in to the hotel early but we were able to check in and leave our bags there. Staff were excellent very polite. We went to the bar and the barstaff were friendly. There was a man going around called Gordon he looked like a manager and couldnt be more helpful. He spoke to everyone we even had a laugh with him.
