Our stay was nothing short of amazing! Greg truly goes above and beyond to make sure his guests are taken care of. The little details make this motel special. Everything is so thoughtfully done. Our room was so clean, and felt just like a home away from home. We can’t wait to come back!

The room was perfect and very clean. The customer service was awesome. Greg was very helpful and made us feel welcome. The landscaping was beautiful. No complaints at all. We would definitely stay there again.

Greg was very accommodating. The room was adorable. Love all the extra touches put into the place. Flowers beautiful and continental breakfast fantastic! Very clean place with top notch air conditioning and very quiet!!! Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay! It was a very busy 4th of July weekend at the Cape but Cape Cod Motor Inn was so peaceful and quiet! Our room was clean and well air-conditioned. And Gregg was very thoughtful and kind. We appreciated the list of bar recommendations he gave us to watch the World Cup!

Greg was fabulous on check-in. We also had a sweet note in our room with a small box of chocolates. The property is getting ready for peak season and the mulch was being replenished. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We didn't stick around to enjoy local pastries for breakfast but our next destination was calling. It was close to great restaurants. Thank you for a delightful stay!

From check in to check out Greg and his staff were so helpful. I needed a skirt laundered and they took care of it for me as soon as we checked in. A few days later, I wanted to iron on a patch and Greg found me parchment paper and brought me his own personal iron so that I could take care of my little craft project. When I needed more hangers because I overpacked, lol, they were very helpful in locating extra hangers for me. And when the super fluffy Pendleton blanket was taken to the laundry because they thought that it was summer and I didn’t need a blanket, they brought it back without hesitation, clean and folded. Breakfast was always a treat with malasadas, muffins, or donuts available. Cold water bottles were always in the yeti out front. The flowers and garden boxes were always well-maintained and gorgeous. Very centrally located to get to Hyannis and Nantucket or over to Chatham and up to Provincetown.

My husband and I stay over the weekend. Such a sweet place. The room was spacious, clean and had all the comforts needed. The hospitality reminded us of places we stayed in Ireland. Staff was very nice and accommodating. The property was well kept with lots of lovely flowers and landscaping. We'll definitely book when we come to the area again.

Mid Cape stay

Greg was a wonderful host. He did a great job in renovating the property. Very detailed oriented. A 5 min drive to the beach, restaurants, etc. Cape Cod Art Museum in Yarmouth was great. Only thing was that pool was not open because of repairs but overall it was a great stay. Thanks Greg for a terrific Cape stay.

Attention to detail on every level. The property is meticulously landscaped, the rooms are beautifully decorated, the grounds and rooms are sparkling clean, updated, amazingly well kept. The bed and bedding are rich and cozy. The innkeeper walked me to my room, showed me around, and left a box of chocolates! This will undoubtedly be my stay when I visit the Cape. Conveniently located, well lit, safe, parking right in front of your room. Excellent :)

We were pleasantly surprised by how beautiful the property is - both the room and outdoor area. Lot of thoughtfulness and effort went behind decor of the room as well as the flower garden outside. The complementary pastry and coffee was of very good quality as well. Spoke with the property manager - he is truly wonderful .. there is even things like cornhole game set which my son and I had lot of fun with. It is also super close to pizzaria, putting golf, and other rec activities … very conveniently located for easy drive to national sea shore salt pond visitor center. My family absolutely loved the stay, and this is one of the big highlight of our Boston / cape cod experience on Labor Day weekend trip … yes, everything there feels new and tastefully done … we even got a small souvenirs to take home, very nice gesture… I will highly recommend anyone, specially family with kids
