The hotel is very nice/upscale. However, they lease a downstairs area to a restaurant that they have no control over. Our room was directly on top and music played rather loudly until 10 PM. Nothing to be done! This is a real disadvantage and needs to be considered before considering this hotel.

Breakfast was very nice with multiple options. Room was clean and we were surprised that although we were only staying 2 nights that the bed was made and new towels provided after the 1st night…wasn’t really expecting that.

Location was exceptional. Front gardens were spectacular. Restaurant L’Etouile is on main floor. Awesome bar! Unfortunately, our room, No. 4 on 2nd floor sits above the restaurant. Music blared until 1:50 am. Alex, the manager of Coco was terrific regarding my middle of midnight text. I suggest their sister hotel, The Sydney, as it is newly built and doesn’t have all the issues that an antique building has, such as heating and cooling noise. Also, their Continental breakfast was sub-par. Btw) I was disappointed for $750.00 a night, they could have a few higher end accessories, such as a functional iron, and a $20.00 blow dryer. The location is def what you pay for in this hotel…

We absolutely loved the hotel and our stay and the team could not be nicer. One issue was that we were directly above the restaurant so it was noisy til 10pm..... I have a 4 year old so that was challenging. However the hotel offered to move us immediately to one of their other properties however my daughter refused to move as she said it was " the most beautiful room she had even been in and she couldn't leave her pink fishes (the gorgeous wallpaper)" (fierce words for someone who's mom designs hotels for a living ) so we stayed and had a wonderful stay and would stay hear again. Alex, Ellen and the team are just so wonderful and helpful - they capture the spirit of the island and vacation in this magical little place.

Loved the historic property and the manager McKayla is genuinely so kind and helpful! She went above and beyond from helping us with parking, offering handmade cookies, to giving us great recommendations! Everything about our stay was perfect except the AC not working in our room. Wasn’t too much of an issue as the weather was moderate but would definitely stay here again in another room

Dirty Glasses

Dirty glasses were left in our room by housekeeping staff on two occasions. Recommend changing glasses or cleaning the ones left by guest. Too expensive of a stay to not have clean glasses to drink out of. Other than that, everything else was fantastic.

Beautiful and charming decor. Bed was very comfortable. Very thoughtfully laid out and run boutique hotel. Staff were for the most part great. My only negative was check out. Manager was unprofessional both in attitude and dress. I waited a long time for someone to show up so that I could check out. When she finally appeared, she did not apologize for responding so late, said nothing, and did not make eye contact. She was also unkempt looking and wearing very short cut off shorts. I’m all for casual, but this was way beyond casual. She also was there earlier in the morning and was as equally disinterested. She was engrossed with her phone and did not look up until being addressed several times. Aside from her, we loved our stay at the hotel.

Fantastic stay at the CoCo. Highly recommend for its walkable location and relaxing atmosphere. The bed was so comfortable. The breakfast spread was also delicious and easy to grab and take outside to the courtyard. Definitely will come again and recommend to friends traveling to the island.
