"This is the best hotel in London. Our experience was absolutely seamless and wonderful. The staff went above and beyond the food was delicious. They signature lounge is a really nice place to hang out and have an hors d’oeuvre or a drink. The rooms are very clean. They even welcomed our service animal with a special doggy package. We visit London often and this will definitely be our new go to.. Highly recommend!!!!"
