"The first room we were give was awful. There was construction being done to the building and our room had what seems to be an air mattress on the bed and the windows to the balcony was covered with plastic. We had no visibility to the beach and the door was sealed shut to the balcony. We returned to guest services with our concerns. We were please with the results, after we discussed our problems with our room and guest services were able to give us another room. The replacement room was much better."

"Everything was great! The only thing I did not like is that the cleaning personnel did not clean our room during our stay even after multiple requests. Otherwise, it was a nice Hotel to stay in."
