"The room and staff were great. I was very disappointed to learn upon arrival that the hotel has closed its restaurant, the Colonial Room, which was a key reason I stayed there. I hope they reopen it."

"We booked this hotel for a 2 night stay! First red flag, no hotel name written outside! Bit anyways google map help me get to the correct place! Checkin was ok. By the way no phone guide to call front desk! I was given a number which just keep on ringing and nobody bothered to pick it up! However once we enter room we noticed the fireplace was making noise(most probably low battery) which was annoying! Anyways we informed front desk about it as we were heading out and the front desk assured it will be resolved! After coming back around midnight still the fireplace was not fixed! On asking again about it they lied to me that someone did replace the battery and that they will send someone in 10 min to the room to take it out! That 10 min became 30 min and then an hour and then they told they don't have anyone to fix! They were telling me to take it out bit I refused since I didn't want to take any liability! They keep on lying to me all this while and there only reason we are very busy! After telling repeatedly that we cannot sleep because of the noise they told us to change to a nearby sister hotel! This was all well past midnight around 1 am! No help was provided by the hotel! We had to pack our bags and walk to that hotel in the middle of the night! It was a harrowing experience! Hotels like this don't know the meaning of hospitality! No apology nothing afterwards!"

"The rooms are great and the staff is amazing. We have stayed several times and have never had an issue. The roof to pool is my son's favorite. Being right on the Riverwalk is great! "

"I reserved a room off of the river, and it was AMAZING, the room itself was lovely and the view awesome. The restaurants in the hotel were staffed with very friendly and accommodating people. Lovey stay"

"The place is great! Great location , right by the beach with easy access, restaurants and fast food near by, the pool and hot tub are great not to mention the pool side bar and food options as well. Has room service which is cool and the breakfast was good , they also give out tacos! Only down side is that breakfast hall is on the 4th floor so if you are on the 3rd floor on the left side of rhe building chances are breakfast is right above you and it wakes you up bright and early with people walking and chairs scraping the floor but other than that the place is great and i recommend. "
