We stayed on the 8th floor and were told by staff that the nugget is between seasons and adjusting heating and cooling which would take 1 month, so the room ac/heat was adjusting making me sweat in my sleep or cold and shivering. Room was ok. Staff was ok. We checked in and then realized she didnt tell us how to get to our rooms. My card was to be changed at check in but the staff didnt update it so I was charged for 3 nights by mistake. Theres a fee if you try to check-in early, parking each day, resort fee for each day ...
