"I was upgraded to a king suite with a city view due to my original room fridge having a broken drip tray on the freezer. I was in town for a week for work so a fridge is a must. The new room fridge did not even have a drip tray but I accepted the upgrade and lived with it. The hotel is in a great spot and the staff is exceptionally friendly (especially with the language gap of my lack of french!). Great spot but I do not recommend taking the stairs to the 14th floor when the elevator is busy! Also, the property is next to the bus terminal and two Bixi bike stations."

"Our room was clean and decor contemporary. Comfortable king-size bed and pillows. Reasonable price for a downtown hotel room right next to the Rue St. Catherine shopping district. Not included with hotel, but happy to find indoor overnight indoor parking only a two-minute walk from the BW Europa hotel."

"The location is great. Staff were fantastic. We didn't use the Cafe or Bar, but they looked really nice. Overall, the experience was great. My only complaint would be the "air conditioning" in the room. It took 2 full days for it actually make a difference... for us. We prefer a colder room in the evenings to sleep. For that reason alone, we won't stay here again."
