"The staff was by far the best thing about staying at Hyatt Place. We were greeted each time we entered and wished a good day whenever we left. When we first checked in, there was an issue with the toilet not flushing in the room we were given, but the front desk immediately remedied that by bringing us new room keys to a room across the hall and a few doors down. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Everything about the place was bright and welcoming. I am VERY happy with our stay and will definitely stay there the next time I visit our children in Arizona.
