"Upon arriving in a rainstorm Google Maps led us to an affiliated garage next to the hotel. There were signs to get to the lobby, but the stairway was chained off. After calling reception I was guided to the hotel basement but not without exposure to the rain. From the basement it was difficult to find the elevator. Signage throughout this process was misleading and inadequate....Also misleading were the hidden costs: parking $20/day; no complimentary breakfast items - we grabbed some coffee, 2 pastries, and 2 fruits for a cost of $37.50. "

"Won’t return sludge in our bathroom. We had to use our towels over again because there was none! And house keeping had not come yet. We are talking 8 in the morning at this point!!"

"The rooms are always clean & the staff are amazing! I have anxiety so the ability to be able to have have conversation thru text message if I need anything while I’m staying instead of having to call the front desk or go down is amazing! The Beds being CLEAN and bug FREE are the biggest thing to me! Let’s face it…that’s the first thing I check when going into any hotel- and it should be the first thing anyone checks. This hotel passes the test EVERY TIME! If I could give them 100 stars I would! ❤️"

"Good overall. I wished they had complimentary breakfast and wished they had a jacuzzi. Also, you have to walk through the bar and restaurant to get to the pool and gym which is a little awkward, but that can't be fixed without a remodel lol. Staff was very helpful and friendly "
