"We have stayed here several times. Location is perfect to beach access and just sitting on deck and watching the action on the beach. Never had a problem with a bartender until this trip. Poorly made drinks that tasted like soda. And when you address the issue he was rude. Rooms were lacking coffee cups, coffee, but you have a coffee maker, you can request it, but it never got to the room. Friends of ours did not have shampoo, or coffee or cups, but we both had creamers. One night we could of used the heater but they didnt work. No problem if they would of had a extra blanket in the room which they don't. So inconclusion, coming from someone that has been in resort "

"One of the tiny elevators were broken, making the people trafic very slow, and the one-way street access was a little difficult to get in or out of the parking lot."

"I recently stayed at Ramada in South Padre Island, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The hotel was very noisy, which made it hard to relax or get a good night’s sleep. The room itself felt neglected — there were no basic toiletries like shower gel, shampoo, or even soap provided, which was quite surprising. The furniture is clearly outdated, and several items were worn out or broken, giving the space an overall run-down feel. Breakfast was another letdown. The options were extremely limited — mainly a couple of cereal choices, some pastries, and waffles. However, there were huge lines just to use the waffle makers, making it inconvenient and time-consuming. On top of that, the breakfast area was overcrowded, with not nearly enough tables to accommodate guests. Overall, this stay felt more frustrating than comfortable, and I wouldn’t choose this hotel again."

"We had a great stay here! We loved the direct access to the beach, awesome pool, and the food onsite at Barry’s bistro/beach bar was well priced and some of the best we had! The rooms were cleaned and while not a brand new hotel, they have updated it so it feels refreshed. They are pet friendly so there were lots of dogs, which was a first for us to see so many in a hotel but luckily there was not a ton of barking."
