This is an excellent resort for families especially children with lots of activities and fun. Buffet breakfast was awesome. Very fortunate with our room upgrade which was a big bonus. "We arrived early to enjoy the amenities and were greeted with lays, tropical juice and escorted to reception with beautiful polynician musician. We so enjoyed the complimentary wine tasting and beautiful grounds. We did have lunch and our order was not placed so after an extensive wait they did rectify the mistake and we received our lunch. We reserved dinner three days prior to arrival for the Signature restaurant ! The service, food and atmosphere were a once in a lifetime experience! Arthur our “personal host”even stopped by dinner to see if our stay was everything we had expected! We wished there was more coral and fish to see when snorkeling on the property! Overall, absolutely beautiful!"

"I was so impressed with the Shangri-la. The grounds and gardens were immaculate. The rooms were spacious and the beds and pillows were super comfy. Air Conditioning was so good after being out on the heat. The hospitality of the staff was wonderful you really did feel at home and looked after. Everyone was super friendly. Loved how the golf cart could drive us up to the restaurants or stopped to pick us up when passing. The fire show was fantastic. We tried all the restaurants, they were all delicious too. The happy hour at the adults only was a real bonus and such a draw card. Pools were clean. We can't wait to come back! thank you Shangri-la and all your staff for making our holiday wonderful."

"Loved the bungalow for peaceful stay. Housekeeping was super attentive. Pool staff were exceptional and friendly. Did not like the busy Sunday at the pools - too many young children taking over the area. Suggest an adults only pool since there are 2 on the property"
