"当日スタッフの方からお電話をいただき不明な点を確認できたことで不安から解放され、少し早く到着してしまいましたが清掃のスタッフさんの明るくて優しい対応、母も喜んでました。心地よい灯り使いやすいシステムキッチン何より炬燵が最高、膝の悪い母は椅子を使わせていただきました、清潔で静かで居心地の良いいいお宿でした。付け足しですが　何十年ぶりかの雨戸の開け閉めや雨戸独特の木でできた鍵。クルクル回す窓の鍵にも感動。今回は母, 姉, 私の3人でしたがとても気に入ったのか次は親戚で集まりたいと言っていました。【笑】"

"All the staffs were very pleasant & delightful, There is USB outlet near headboard of bed but there's no electric AC outlet near the bed. So, We asked for electric extension cord & they brought us extension cord & ADAPTOR within 5 minutes. Location is excellent. Hotel building is connected to Tennoji JR station West Exit. No worries of getting wet from rain. Our room was on 45th floor & view was incredible. Also there is large super market in the basement of the building with huge food court surround supermarket. We really enjoyed staying at Mariott Osaka."

"Great hotel. Good staff. Very clean and well kept. It’s in a less desirable area though. Homeless etc which is the first time I’ve seen that since touring through Japan. But a great location to jump on the nearby train station which was a 7 minute walk. Then a 20 minute train ride to cool spots. This was within walking distance to the tower though. "

"Beds are just mattresses put on the floor. Ammenities were in a public common space, not at all convenient. The space to put shoes was extremely tiny, you take one step and it already transitions to the rest of the room. Water for the shower is shared with the sink and only one can be used at a time. Both the pressure and temperature have to be adjust together, and it's extremely difficult to control. After a few minutes, the water turns cold and it has to be readjusted again. No decent chair for the table. Ventilation in the bathroom is poor. Even with the exhaust fan on and the bathroom door open, after a few hours the bathroom is still humid. The only good thing is the fast WiFi."

"The place had everything needed for a one night stay, but I wouldn’t have found it sufficient for a longer stay. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, although the room was smaller than how it had seemed in the pictures. I wasn’t able to sleep very well as there was a waste collection right outside the window at 6.30am, it was very loud and woke me up even with earplugs in. The room was also quite dark, even though there was a window, I had to keep the lights on at daytime. The kitchenette only had a sink, a kettle and a microwave, but there were no cups, dishes or cutlery. The bathroom and showers were clean and had all amenities needed. There is a small lobby with the kitchenette attached to the side, but no other hostel communal space. There’s a self check in and check out system. I wasn’t sure what to do as I was arriving, and I happened to see a staff member who was just leaving and was able to help me, but this was the only member of staff I saw during the time I was there. The location was perfect for exploring Osaka, close to a station and an easy walking distance to central locations! Overall it was sufficient for a one night stay."
