"Our stay was great! We absolutely loved it and will definitely be back. We would also recommend this hotel to others. The rooms were nice, clean, and very well taken care of. The hotel itself smelled great and everything was well maintained. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and really enjoyed our stay!"

"We were not greeted like welcome to the Hilton Cancun. it was more like “Next”. our front desk person was as personable as a wash rag. we are hilton members, we were not offered an upgrade. the website says free parking but once you check in it states parking , wifi, tv, pool amenities are not free. at check out they said it’s a resort fee. but at check in there was no mention of a resort fee. i don’t recall but when booking i did not see a resort fee listed our patio deck was aged and cracked. the light sockets in the living room did not work and there is no maid service unless you stay 7 days or more We did eat breakfast at the restaurant the food was very good and hot. the service was very good as well. we’ve been coming here for years but we could definitely see a decline in appearance and attitude"

"Pool towels weren’t available and had to wait for some time for them. The shower head in our room got cleaned out by my husband. The Fitness Center was too cold."
