"I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The bed was comfortable, the shower was hot and had a good spray. The room was clean. The room also had a kitchen and washer and dryer, handy for longer stays. Great location close to Darling Harbour and Town Hall."

"Excellent breakfast, very nice location on the water, the room was ok, but they don’t have any international tv, Australia tv only, the light fixtures were complicated, too many switches, and only one garbage can, they should have at least one more near the desk, service in the restaurant on the ocean side of the hotel was terrible, appears to be understaffed, poor internet connection. In a Marriott, I expected far better. Excellent concierge."

"A good location, in walking distance to the Victoria Cross metro . Room is spacious and clean, staff are friendly, fast check in and check out. It has onsite car park but cost $38 per day. Will definitely come back and stay here again"

"Aspects of my stay were up to standard. Others were not. While my room was clean and well presented, the bed was overly hard. Additionally, the pillows were thin and provided no support. The blind mechanisms were faulty on two of the windows. Staff were generally professional, however in the bar area we found we had to make several requests before are initial order arrived. "

"Overall hotel is good location and views. Staff were friendly and helpful. The one disappointment was the club lounge. Have stayed there several times before and the offering in the club lounge appears to have declined. First night they ran out of wine glasses and options were limited. Also on checkout the foyer was filled with bags as they do not appear to have a separate baggage room so navigating around bags. If staying the rooms and staff are good but I do not recommend the club option"
