The room was extremely dirty and hadn’t been cleaned in the almost 2 weeks that I stayed there, except for a change of towels and garbage pickup. The refrigerator, washer/dryer, kitchen, bathroom sink, toilet, and shower were all dirty and were never cleaned during that time. I had to clean them myself. The room was so filthy that I felt disgusted staying there. The Wi-Fi barely worked while I was there. I do not recommend this hotel and I will not stay at a Quest again due to this experience.

Everything was ok . More like a place to stay for work. Had everything i needed . But the but macdonalds was a 10 minute walk away. Didnt have a cafe except for in the office building next door which closed early . Staff were good. Cleaners were good. Bed was comfortable. Only location was near offices and closest restaurant 10 minutes walk but you can walk to public transport to the cbd easily. Price was ok but should be cheaper by 10-15%

Yes room was in good condition and staff very professional We did have an issue we booked an extra bed and this wasn’t in the room, we had to call twice to get the extra bed and only 2 towels, which we had to ask for. I had confirmed the extra bed on 2 calls before we arrived and they assured us that the bed would be set up in the room upon our arrival, this was not the case.

Room was good, well equipped and quiet. Only issue was that Expedia allowed us to book the 1 bedroom apartment for 3 people, but there was only a sofa, not a sofa bed, for our son, which was not ideal. I see this has now been changed and the room now only accommodates 2 people

Beautiful clean room that’s very accessible. It has everything you could possibly need. Front reception was very polite and helpful. Great cool air conditioning and very modern clean bathroom. Secure underground parking is very safe.

Not a great start at reception, key card wouldn’t open to my room, had to get a cleaner to open the door . Later found out my key card wasn’t programmed properly. Also the receptionist could have been more enthusiastic working there even when checking out no mention of “Merry Christmas” or “have a nice day!”,Small things matter. There was also a dog on my level barking !!! Noice complaint right there ! Didn’t know the hotel catered to pets…. Couldn’t sleep well. The room on the other hand was good and clean , one step above average.

The location is convenient but the beds are extraordinarily uncomfortable. The hotel is very clean. The room was sold as being suitable for 5 but the bedding is only really for 4. The couch isn’t suitable as a bed (for the price).

Advertised as sound proofed and air conditioned but you could hear conversation and doors closing from outside and the air conditioner controller was labelled “FO use only”.
