"Booking through a third party is not always the best or easiest way to go if you have hiccups in your trip. I had a huge hiccup in my trip! However, David helped me and guided me through the process of how to reverse the charges for a night I was unable to use. He went above and beyond and I was so fortunate to have him on my side.
