Booked a last minute reservation in the evening. Upon arriving I was met with the front desk employee (Sherry) who was extremely rude during the entire time while I was trying to check in. Very unprofessional and was using her personal cell phone. Tried to state my payment was declined and requested an additional payment without looking into my reservation. Wanted to dismiss me quickly only until another employee came and helped me. If this hotel wasn't a last resort, I would have booked elsewhere. Hotel itself is nice and room was comfortable. Shame about the employees.

The lady at the front desk was as sweet as can be. The bed was comfy. My reason for only three stars is, the night I checked in there was a used wash cloth in the tub, wrappers and other visible dirt on the floor in the room, had to ask for it to be cleaned. That level of oversight is really unacceptable and makes you wonder if things like the sheets are even clean. I would not stay again.

We reported that our window shades did not open and our sink was not draining. These issues had not been resolved by the time we checked out 3 days later. We had a handicap accesible room with a tub, which was not accesible for an elderly occupant. We were told it only need to have extra room. How does a wheelchair get in the shower? The elevators looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. The pullout coach was extremely uncomfortable. The staff was nice. The bar food was good.
