"Self check in and check out, but there was someone there most times if you needed assistance. Room was spacious and bed nice and high, maybe too high if you struggle. Could almost fit my suitcase under the bed. Breakfast was decent, and the staff at the resteraunta were very friendly and helpful. Rooms don't get cleaned unless you specifically ask, so just take a note of that. Fresh iced water in the lobby was nice. The carpets look a bit old and worn, and the bed seemed to be softer on the edge than the middle, so felt like I was sleeping on a slight lean. Good hotel though, would go back."

"Room was small but tidy and clean. Warm, if anything too warm so slightly uncomfortable. The staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly. An adequate breakfast served in a really smart dining room. Excellent location for a walk into Greenwich."

"Rooms a good size. Great facilities and great location. Close to Battersea Park and Power Station. Transport handy…Bus, rail and the Uber boat is super close. Great little shop for supplies next door."

"The room needs a good clean very dusty. Two of the walls in our room 407 really needed replastering but the bed was comfortable and the shower was great. We went for a meal in the restaurant and had to go and fetch someone to serve us then had to wait 15 minutes for our drinks and only then when once again we went and fetched someone. The staff were very apologetic and helpful."

"The room was comfortable, clean and very quiet. Staff were helpful with any questions I had. The location of the hotel was great for the London Eye and the parliament buildings. It was only about a 12 minute walk to the Bakerloo Line which opens up the city to explore. Nearby Archbishops Park was a nice place to sit and relax. I would stay here again."
