"Amazing location for central London, 10 minutes walk from Waterloo. The staff were all very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was one of the best we have had in a hotel buffet breakfast."

"Lovely Hotel, but Disappointing Spa Experience I recently stayed at Pestana Chelsea Bridge Hotel & Spa and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel is modern, stylish and well located, making it a lovely place for a relaxing getaway. However, I was disappointed to discover that the sauna was out of service during my visit. As the hotel advertises itself as a spa hotel, I would expect all the spa facilities to be fully operational, particularly as relaxation was one of the main reasons for choosing this hotel. It would have been helpful to have been informed in advance so guests could make an informed decision before booking. Overall, a nice hotel with a lot to offer, but the spa experience fell short of expectations. Hopefully, the sauna will be back in operation for future guests."

"The hotel was splendid; it’s a marvellous old fashioned place and the breakfast is particularly good. We just had a bit of a strange experience with the bar and the staff being pushy and knocking on my door wanting payment at about 1.30am, which was very not-high-end-hotel-like. I’d probably stay there again."
