"Super convenient to Allegiant Stadium. The room was clean. Lighting was dark/dim. The pool (I understand it is under renovation) has stagnant water and walking to and from parking lot the smell made me gag. Also, on Saturday when I came back to the hotel it was super frustrating to find out how to access the parking lot. Informing your guests ahead of time with a map would be helpful when the main roads are going to be closed."

"The property is clean and very conveniently located as a stop on the monorail. The staff was amazing- always helpful and polite. Our only complaint was the bed could have been a bit more comfortable. We were in a newly renovated room, but it don’t seem that the bed was part of the renovation. "

"Rooms were out dated, checking in was a nightmare and it wasn’t even that busy. So there was no excuse for lack of assistance for using the kiosks for check in, paying, and room key self printing. No one told us that there were multiple parking areas that we could use to be closer to the tower we were in. Had to find that out on our own. And NO REFRIGERATOR IN OUR ROOMS"
