"I truly loved the hotel. The location was perfectly located and walkable to shops, city hall, love park and Christmas village. Rooms are nice, quiet and beds were comfy. We took advantage of the valet service (although it’s a bit pricey) but due to the convenience it was worth it. Truly had a great Philly experience and the hotel was part of it! Would stay here again."

"The room we was given at check in had a really bad cigarette smell as it was supposedto be a non smoking room. However the front desk changed our room without issue. The room we was switched to was a recently renovated room. Room was good. "

"I wanted to try the classic FISH & CHIPS and made a reservation for 12/13 @ 12pm for Gordon Ramsay’s Pub. I specifically asked if FISH & CHIPS would be available. I arrived at 12pm and before seating I asked the Hostess about the FISH & CHIPS. The Hostess confirmed that would be available. I was at my table and ordered the FISH & CHIPS. The waiter said that dish was not available. So I was disappointed and confused.. So, no fish and chips for me that day…. Your staff need to get their information right."
