"Staff can barely understand requesting housekeeping "

"The breakfast in the service was great. But when I checked in the TV did not work, and they told me it would be an hour to fix it, or they would need me to change rooms. So my check in wasn't exactly as I wanted being that.It was late but everyone at the hotel was very kind"

"Not a super high quality hotel. The drain for shower, sink and toilet were all not working. Had to call staff in to fix. Location isn’t bad but road and train noise can be problematic. Bedrooms are ok. For the cheap price I guess we got what we paid for"

"My stay was spectacular, check in was a breeze. The deposit was very cheap, I believe under $50 for sure (can’t remember exactly). You need to fill in a check in card was different but it was easy. Front desk was courteous and check out was simple too, just make sure you bring your debit card too so they can process your room refund successfully. The room was clean, as described online, and the AC was very cool. Parking is ample in the back but you may have to be lucky to snag a front parking. It’s close to many locations but I was really only there to sleep and relax after a family event. Would definitely come back given the affordability."

"Tried a few rooms. The beds were collapsed and uncomfortable. Not a pleasant smell throughout. We had to get a refund and go somewhere else."

"Just like last time, always warm and welcoming. When I have a need it is meet with great exception! This is a great place for a single business traveler to come into town, get work done, and easily leave. I will return every time!"

"It was amazing. That was my third day at the facility always clean, clean amenities good parking. I would recommend for everyone one to stay at this place rated five stars from me."

"No top sheet on the bed. It seems like a health issue to only have a bottom sheet and a blanket that gets washed how often? There are other issues but that was a deal breaker for me."
