"The property was just as described and we couldn't have been more pleasantly surprised when we arrived after the long trek thru what seemed like nothingness between NYC and Southampton. At 1st glance we were a bit skeptical, but upon entry found the property ti be a hidden gem. We even extended our stay to explore more of the fabulous Hamptons. "

"We had a lovely 3 night stay at this beautiful traditional family owned property (2 rooms/cabins). It was a perfect reset after 5 nights spent in NYC, the surroundings were so peaceful and well maintained as were the rooms. Great to see some local wildlife on the grounds at times too. Staff were friendly and helpful, parking is conveniently located beside each room, making it easy for luggage etc. Daily maid service, rooms were immaculately clean. We had breakfast at the property on one of the mornings which was very nice. Unfortunately we weren’t able to utilise the pool as we stayed off season but I’m sure it also would have been perfect. A fantastic stay was had by all, would definitely stay here again if in the area in the future. "

"The hotel room was clean, a little outdated, however nicely furnished and well taken care of. There is a wonderful parking lot that is a short walk away from your room, which is nice. The beach is a very short walk away and was lovely! Love that they have a tennis court and large pool. Food and necessities are a short 5 min. drive away. I would definitely stay again."

"The breakfast is amazing, beds super comfortable and grounds stunning. Location was perfect and staff wonderful. Also the tub in our room was incredible. Only suggestion would be for coffee in the room in the morning. Otherwise it was a literal perfect stay "
