"Clean & a quick walk onto beach. Pool was nice. All staff friendly and accommodating. There are two tennis courts. One of the tennis courts has pickleball lines. Kitchen set up for basic cooking…10 minute drive west gets you to Amagansett Market. Easier & quicker than driving east towards Montauk. “Lunch Restaurant” & “The Clam Bar” are walkable or a two minute drive."

"The staff tried to make my visit as good as it could be but the first room had a loud ac that would make a noise every 10 minutes or so. They moved me to another room that had another loud ac but at least it only made the noise once every 30 minutes or so. The sink drain did not work. The main thing that made was stay bad was the train that runs all night long and sounds like it is going through the room."

"This is our third time staying at the Southhampton Inn. The facilities (pool, beach shuttle, etc.) are great and the Staff is very friendly and helpful. It is a great location and with an easy walk into town. The only complaint was the room/hallway smelled slightly musty. I know it is difficult keeping everything dry at the beach so that is not uncommon. Overall had a great time and hope to stay there again soon."

"The room was clean and nice. Having 4 kids with us it was upsetting that the ac in the living room didn’t work and the shower head was not functioning properly and had very low water pressure. There’s 2 tvs but only 1 remote was provided. Other than the few things we enjoyed our stay."
