"Great stay prior to a morning flight to Antigua. Lovely airport hotel. Our first visit but we will definitely be coming back."

"The a/c was powerful, the room was clean, but I didn't realize from the pictures how very small and spare the room would be. I wouldn't say the pictures were misleading, but I didn't realize that I would have to literally squeeze between the bed and the wall, for example. The TV is mounted very high on the wall, making it uncomfortable to watch from the bed, because if it were mounted lower down, it would be impossible to pass it to reach the second bed. I was also not expecting only one towel per person, with no face cloth or hand towel, and one pillow per person. That said, the location was very convenient for bus trips into the center of Oxford, and there were some good cafes and restaurants nearby -- and an M&S Food. And the beds were very comfortable. We ended up here in part because I was having trouble finding hotels that offered twin beds at all. And I could see coming back even now that I know what to expect. I don't know that prices were especially good, but we visited during Oxford University's open days, which combined with tourist season probably put a premium on accommodations during our visit."

"Excellent location, staff very helpful. Very clean We want to upgrade , lady ( front desk)her name is Lilly was so helpful I appreciate her patient. And Paul the doorman always he takes care of us . We come every month here. We give him the next stay date days . For car parking he sorted it out straight away. Top man"

"Nice easy check in, helpful staff, great breakfast. We saw a manager personally greet two staff laying tables, who must have been new, they seemed a bit overawed after he went out of his way to stop and chat to them and shake their hands. A mark of excellent people management which didn't go unnoticed."

"Decent hotel, clean, modern and helpful staff. Some rooms have no windows but are bright enough. Note to the manager - please fix the TV reception! I was told by staff that hasn’t been working throughout the property for well over two weeks. Not great when the World Cup is on!"
