"The flat itself was very good. A great location, big and airy, a bit shabby chic but nice. The service from the local agent (PlumLocations) was terrible. We confirmed availability of, booked, and paid in advance for a late check-out but they unilaterally cancelled at short notice, without offering any mitigation such as somewhere to store our suitcases and hence leaving us nursing bulky suitcases for a couple of hours. Pretty shabby customer service."

"Having stayed here before, I do feel the property is going downhill. Parked in the car park at the back and the feeling wasn't great. Park full of rubbish, the doors to get into the property were damaged and didn't close properly, making the property feel very unsafe and the carpets filthy. Go up to the flat, where I was presented with a dirty and messy flat, all the lights on and windows fully open. With it being ground-floor, anyone could have easily got into the unit. "Superb apartment, situated on the Barbican which is in the middle of the action. The apartment has been renovated recently and is beautifully done. The only minor downside is it could do with a fan to keep cool at night. All in all it was perfect."
