"The staff were excellent. Very helpful and professional. The room was a bit small, but the bed was comfortable and everything inside worked well. I also appreciate the free coffee, tea, and snacks. The location was also great! Very close to shopping areas and plenty of good food around. The only bad part was the bath towels. It was too rough! It scratched my skin and left a burn mark on my face! Please provide better towels. Other than that, I had a great stay."
